Hi, I'm Gísli.

I've been moving since I was a boy: running, martial arts, strength. As a young man I spent long stretches travelling and living in China, India, Thailand and Austria, where I found tai chi, muay thai, yoga and Eastern philosophy.

I became a personal trainer, then started working with my hands in massage and bodywork. That's where I learned that the body often says more than words do.

Then came astrology, after a reading that hit home in a way I didn't expect. It became my second great passion and another language for understanding people. Coaching and healing followed later.

Different paths, but always the same question: how can we understand ourselves better, physically, mentally and emotionally?
